General Term and Conditions
Appleton Spa is owned and managed by Joanne Booth, Dip HE, CIBTAC, ITECH, T/A Appleton Spa, Cockpit Farm, Main Street, Appleton-le-Moors, York, YO62 6TF. Whilst Appleton Spa takes every care with clients property it can not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to clients property whilst it is on the premises of Appleton Spa.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment has been made it is deemed to be a contract of provision between the client and Joanne Booth T/a Appleton Spa. If the client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours or the client fails to attend the appointment, the full treatment / provision cost will be liable by the client. Appleton Spa at its discretion may offer the client an alternative appointment at a later date, if available, transferring the booking to this date. If you require to cancel a booking this can be done by email (info@appletonspa.co.uk) or phone 01751 417738 or letter to Appleton Spa, Cockpit Farm, Appleton-le-Moors, Pickering, YO62 6TF. Please note that we need 24 hours notice on all cancellations.
Deposit
Appleton Spa reserves the right to request a non refundable 50% deposit for certain spa packages or block booking of treatments. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation (within 24 hours) or no show.
Treatment Times
All times shown may include time for consultation.
Payment
Clients are requested to pay in full for treatments at the end of the treatment session. This can be done by cash or credit / debit card.
